SECTION 21 – Additional Terms & Conditions for Gold Jewellery (PNJ)

1. 30-Day Returns

PNJ offers a 30-day return policy from delivery date, subject to:

Successful inspection (up to 7 days)
Clear return-packing video showing product, invoice, and certificate

Personalised or Made-to-Order products are not eligible unless defective.

2. Non-Receipt / Empty Box Claims

Claims must be raised within 24 hours of delivery and include an unboxing video showing the sealed package.

3. Lifetime Exchange & Buyback (Valid for 5 Years)

Not applicable to gold coins.

Exchange

Gold valued at current market rate (24KT adjusted)
Diamonds/solitaires/pearls at 100% of original price
Making charges & GST deducted

Buyback

Gold valued at current market rate (24KT adjusted)
Diamonds/solitaires/pearls at 90% of original price
GST & making charges non-refundable
3% processing fee deducted
Refunds take 7–10 days

All values depend on product inspection.

4. Condition of Returned Jewellery

Damaged or incomplete items will have value deductions.
Severely damaged items may be rejected.

5. Weight Variation

Website weights are indicative and may vary.
Excess or short charges will be communicated within 48 hours.
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of this update.

6. Refund Timelines

Refunds take 7–10 working days after item is received.

7. Mandatory Documents Required

Original invoice
Original certificates (IGI/SGL etc.)

Missing documents = ineligible for return/exchange/buyback.

8. PNJ Jewellery Only

Exchange/buyback valid only for PNJ jewellery.

9. 6-Month Warranty

Covers manufacturing defects only.

Not covered:

Damage from mishandling
Stone loss
Colour/finish changes
Tampering

10. Specification Variations

Weight/dimensions may vary up to 2%.

11. Offers on Gold Jewellery

Discounts apply only to diamond-studded jewellery, unless stated otherwise.

12. Lifetime Plating Service

Valid for 5 years on eligible PNJ jewellery.

13. Gold Coins Excluded

Gold coins are not eligible for return, exchange, buyback, warranty, or offers.
